Community Involvement
Being connected to a local church has allowed me many opportunities to serve in my community. I have learned much about having compassion and giving sacrificially to those in need. I have taught Sunday school and even coached a girls' basketball team. I served as Chaplain in the Vine Home School Co-op.
Family
My husband and I are Jacksonville natives. We have been married for 21 years. We have 19 year old twin boys who graduated from Fletcher High School. Our "oldest", Matthew, is following his father's foot steps to become a Fireman. Benjamin, our "youngest", is in the U.S. Army. He is currently stationed in S.Korea. We also have two Corgis. I have a rich family heritage in the Northeast Florida area including my great-grandfather who was a lighthouse keeper in St. Augustine.
Other
I enjoy many things: reading, cooking, gardening, biking, and walking on the beach. Being with loved ones is my favorite activity.
